Hi, I’m Alex
I’m a tattooer based in Los Angeles, California.
Growing up between New York and New Jersey in the early 90s, I’ve always been fascinated by punk and hip hop subculture and classic 1930s rubber hose cartoon animation. I love adding these unique stylistic elements into neotraditional, afro-americana and black and grey tattoo designs.
As a former television executive for both JJ Abrams’ BAD ROBOT PRODUCTIONS and Lena Waithe’s HILLMAN GRAD PRODUCTIONS who has also written contributions for Marvel Comics, I know the value of creating a story and capturing the emotion behind each of my pieces.
My designs feel like a child sitting at the grown-ups’ table for the first time: refined and elevated but with a hint of playful, mischievous wonder still just beneath the surface.
Tattooing is more than an art form to me. Body positivity and mental health advocacy are two of my biggest driving forces to help my clients look and feel their most confident inside and out.

TATTOO CONSULTATION
If you questions before booking an appointment that aren’t covered on my website or booking link, I offer 15 minute consultations on zoom. If you book your appointment afterwards then the cost of the consultation counts towards the deposit of your tattoo.
**I offer a complimentary (optional) consultation to all clients who book a custom tattoo at least one week before their appointment**

CUSTOM CHARACTER COMMISIONS
I design custom retro-styled characters for companies, brands, and creatives who want to bring a playful, artistic edge to their products, websites and other marketing campaigns.
These bespoke designs are meant for promotional purposes only and not for tattoo use.

PRIVATE EVENTS
I create customized flash tattoo sheets containing up to 10 individual designs for companies, brands and creatives that want to offer a fun, edgy party favor at their private events and celebrations.
These designs are created specifically to be tattooed on-site by me, giving guests a unique and memorable experience.
